Adobe took away the keyboard shortcut (R) for the Smudge tool a few versions back. Guess they didn’t realize how important the Smudge tool is! Well, comrads, it’s time to take back what rightfully belongs to the Smudge tool! (Photoshop Elements never lost the Smudge tool shortcut, so you’re good.)
