Email Subject: (brief description of problem, e.g. Problem moving photo)

Body of the email:

• Name of Class (All my classes use the same email so I need to know the class name.)
• Class Module and lesson name
• Your version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements if your question involves using either program
• Your computer operating system (Mac, Windows) if applicable to your question

Ask your question as clearly as possible. I can’t see your computer screen so if your question involves Photoshop or Photoshop Elements please describe the steps you’ve taken to follow the lesson and where you ran into the problem.
