If you already have a good scanner and don’t want to purchase an additional scanner just for creating PDFs you can create multi-page PDFs with other programs. I’ll show you how to do it in Photoshop Elements, Photoshop, and online for free.

You won’t get optical character recognition that allows you to search or highlight and copy the text, but you’ll still be able to access your original documents in a digitally compact multi-page PDF.
