The Shake Reduction filter is NOT available in Photoshop Elements. I include this video here in case you’ve ever been tempted to make the move from Photoshop Elements to the full version of Photoshop.
If your photo is just a little blurry, the Shake Reduction filter, available in Photoshop Creative Cloud (CC) can often perform miracles, though nothing works for really blurry photos!
