Use Cluster Recipe 4 to create a stacked tag cluster and add it to a scrapbook page.

- Patterned paper
- Clips to the bottom tag layer
- Small, all-over pattern

- Examples: staples, ties, buttons, clips, tape, stitches

Additional Guidelines for Recipe 4
- All elements should connect at the fastener.
- Resize the patterned paper so that the pattern is more easily seen.
- Use the same kit for all parts of the cluster.
