If you have questions about anything I teach in this class I want to help! My instructor email address is below, but first read these guidelines:

Email Subject: (brief description of problem, e.g. Problem moving photo)

Body of the email:

• Name of Class (All my classes use the same email so I need to know the class name.)
• Class Module and lesson name
• Your version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
• Your computer operating system (Mac, Windows)

Then ask your question as clearly as possible. I can’t see your computer screen so please describe the steps you’ve taken to follow the lesson and where you ran into the problem.

A screenshot—including the Layers panel—can be helpful. Sometimes I can see the answer to the problem just by looking at your Layers panel.
