This is how to permanently load brushes so that they do not disappear from your Brush Picker.

• Search your computer for "Presets" and find the Presets folder associated with your version of PSE. This is what that would look like on my computer.

• Open the Presets folder.

• Open the Brushes folder.

• Click and drag your brush file (.abr file) into Brushes folder.

Now, when you open the Brush Picker and click on the dropdown menu, your brush file should appear at the top of the list.
